Great Lakes Proud Reflective Decal - Black

I am being asked to give a review for a product I did not receive. When I log in to track the status of my order, I am told it is still pending. However, the rating of one is being given because I have emailed twice to ask about the status of my order as I have concerns it may have been lost in the mail and I have not received a response. it is the lack of response to my emails that is the reason for this low rated review.
