I was recently scuba 🤿 diving WWII wrecks in Truk Lagoon, Micronesia, in the South Pacific. (Google: “Operation Hailstone,” if you want to read about it). We had an awesome dive guide and boat captain there. I was telling them how we dive shipwrecks in the Great Lakes around the state of Michigan, and that they are the largest freshwater lakes in the world! 🌎 I decided to buy the dive guide a Great Lakes shirt and the boat captain a Great Lakes tie dyed hat, and recently sent these items to them in a Priority Mail box to their Blue Lagoon Dive Shop at Truk Lagoon, Chuuk, in Micronesia. Truk Lagoon is known as a top scuba diving destination in the world for WWII (Japanese) wrecks, but our Great Lakes have some pretty cool diving, too!
